Well this was a new one - tomatoes on toast for breakfast. Kind of like bruschetta without the garlic I suppose, and very nice it was too. I only tried it because I had tomatoes that needed using up, but I'd definitely have it again. Set me up nicely for my 3 mile walk into town, nice and early whilst the sun was still shining .
I treated myself to a nice steak from M&S for tea. You might think steak has no place on a weight loss challenge, but this was a 4oz venison steak so lower in fat and therefore calories than a beef steak, and it was only a small piece:
I had strawberries from the allotment for 'afters' but there's still a fair few left - I think there could be another batch of jam coming up with the 500g here and whatever I pick at the allotment tomorrow!
