Day 12 - more strawberries

Yup, another day, another pot of strawberry jam - well I can't let the slugs and birds have all of them!  At some point I am going to end up caving in and making scones for a cream tea but I think it'll have to be a reward for another long bike ride....
Tea tonight was a pea and feta fritatta with couscous salad.  This is the remains that'll be going into work for lunch tomorrow:

 Just the thing when we're going through the closest Scotland's going to get to a heatwave!
